Recruitment is open for serious roleplayers, HR staff, and high‑ranking LEO / Fire / EMS leadership who want to help shape a long‑term Georgia community.
Georgia State RP is looking for people who want more than a one‑week server. If you enjoy organized patrols, clear expectations, and departments that actually feel like departments, this is where you build something stable with us.
High‑Ranking LEO
Lead divisions within APD, GSP, or FCSO. You will mentor officers, help write policy, and keep patrols structured without killing the fun.
Fire / EMS Command
Oversee fire scenes, medical calls, and multi‑agency responses across the Atlanta metro area, working closely with LEO command and dispatch.
How the join process works
- Join the Discord and read the information channels so you understand what kind of community Georgia State RP is.
- Open a ticket or follow the posted application format for the department or position you are interested in.
- Complete a short voice or text interview with HR or command so we can make sure expectations line up on both sides.
- Finish basic training, ride‑alongs, or mentoring shifts so you are ready for normal patrols and community operations.
What we are looking for
Basic Requirements
- Working microphone and ability to be active in Discord.
- Respectful attitude toward other players and staff.
- Willingness to follow chain of command and server rules.
- Interest in long‑term roleplay, not just hopping server to server.
Preferred Experience
- Previous FiveM staff, command, or FTO experience.
- Prior time in LEO, Fire/EMS, or Dispatch departments.
- Comfort leading scenes and helping newer members learn.
- Ability to give feedback calmly and handle situations professionally.
